Один из убедительнейших примеров недопустимости использования буквализмов при переводе технической литературы. Любой из двух «взаимно встречных» подстрочников (как «болты для ясности не показаны» при переводе с английского языка на русский, так и «bolts not shown arbitrarily» при переводе с русского на английский), как минимум, вызовет недоумение у потенциального пользователя - соответственно, русскоязычного и англоязычного инженера.
